Join Angela for eight live Pilates classes focused on strengthening your pelvic floor! Whether you’re male or female, middle-aged or older, prevention is key when it comes to pelvic floor issues. A healthy pelvic floor is a key component of your health, supporting your internal organs and playing a crucial role in anything from core stability to back pain, as well as incontinence and the health of our sexual organs.

This four-week series of live classes will focus on traditional Pilates to strengthen your pelvic floor, helping to prevent health challenges in the future!

Live classes are 30 minutes and happen twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thursday classes are a progression of the Tuesday class, however, it’s easy to follow along if you missed a class! Recordings will also be made available.
